Here at Peak Performance LV, you will find our prices are reasonable and competitive. We charge on a month to month basis and the price is dependent on the program you choose. Please see  our "Service Menu". We work hard to keep our prices fair and we hope you will find value in our programs here at PPLV. We will discuss your exact monthly costs at your one on one consultation. You can always text us to get a general idea of how much our services cost.

We do not accept insurance and are cash-based, however, if you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) that covers our types of services, PPLV can assist by providing documentation to assist in reimbursement. We cannot guarantee our services will be covered by your FSA or HSA, therefore we recommend checking with your plan administrator first.

At PPLV, your discovery call includes a virtual 15 minute appointment with our board certified Nurse Practitioner to discuss the services you are interested in. Once we decide on a service, we will order labwork. Once that labwork is back, we will book a thorough consultation and evaluation to review your intake forms, review your labs, discuss your treatment plan, discuss the medication you will be prescribed and review what to expect while on treatment. Our Nurse Practitioner will also answer any questions you may have and will be your coach throughout your health journey. 

PPLV takes your health, safety, and accountability very seriously, therefore, our monthly or bi-monthly check-ins (depending on what program you are on) gives you an opportunity to discuss questions and concerns that may arise during your health journey with our board certified Nurse Practitioner. We provide you with 15 minutes one-on-one time virtually or over the telephone to go over your progress, symptoms, as well as provide you with your next months refills. 

Yes, absolutely! There are no hidden fees or contracts.

While we would hate to see you go, we hope that you will find the value in our services here at PPLV and we hope to be a continued part of your health journey.

Currently, our main focus is on hormone therapy and metabolic optimization, weight management with coaching, and anti-aging wellness optimization (think non-medicated, supplements only, and changing lifestyle habits) We also offer personalized lab work.

If you are enrolled in any of our monthly memberships, we also provide urgent care visits at 50% off the cost of a normal visit.

We have BIG plans for the near future, and plan to soon offer IV Infusion Therapy, and lab draws on site.
